People Living in Burj-al-Khaleefa or Burj-ul-Dubai Will be Fasting their fast at 3 different timings According to their number of floors. Because time of fasting is the time when whiteness of sun covered with darkness of Night, so due to height of burj-al-dubai as high you will go time of sun set will be changed.
So people living on the floor from 80 to 150 will Go for iftaar 3 minutes late from the time of people who are living at 1st to 79th floor.
